About us
A voluntary agency, run by Glasgow's sports community.
ClubSport Glasgow is the trading name of The Sports Council for Glasgow (SCIO SC046373) — a Scottish charity and member of Scottish Clubsport (SALSC). We've represented Glasgow's grassroots sports clubs for nearly fifty years.
What we do
- • Give member clubs a collective voice with Glasgow City Council and Glasgow Life.
- • Run the annual Glasgow Sports Awards — 18 categories celebrating the whole community.
- • Recognise standout moments through monthly Achievement Awards.
- • Share funding, coaching and safeguarding opportunities with member clubs.
- • Represent Glasgow within Scottish Clubsport at national level.
Our partners
- • Glasgow City Council — policy and civic engagement.
- • Glasgow Life — facilities and city-wide sports development.
- • Scottish Clubsport (SALSC) — national federation of local sports councils.
